Sounds of the Underground

Well.....the greatest concert I've ever been to is now over......We were the second last show on the tour and it was real Fucking awesome. The best band was probably Unearth(at one point the guys in the middle of the song would play each others guitars) the other great bands were Lamb of God, Opeth, Clutch, Chimaira, Madball and Strapping Young Lad. Out of the other ones only 1 sucked and the others were decent, nothing I would buy a cd of. Oh...and then there was Gwar. They were fucking awesome! Good music mixed with a great show and a good soaking of blood. I was at the far end of their range so I didn't get hit too much. Steve and Pug were close to the front and were pretty wet. Steve got the bass player to sign his pants. I bought a Sounds of the Underground shirt. It's got Sounds of the Underground across the front and some silhouettes and on the back is a list of all the bands. I also got a gwar shirt which has Gwar on the front and their tour dates on the back. It...

That's what I should have said....And I'm only four months late!!!

So, about four months ago, in school, 8 of us were sitting in Computer Science making programs that would sort peoples names. One of the guys was entering names of Star Wars charaters, he would ask "Who was that black guy that turned over Han and Leia to Darth Vader?" and we would answer "Lando Calrissian" This went on and eventually he was asking ones that I was the only one who knew. Jason Vinck pipped up(in fact it might have been him entering the names...I can't remember) "Pilon, You're on a roll!"(or something to that effect) and I answered: "I have the Star Wars Dictionary." and one guy said: "That's awesome!" and Jason replied: "Actually, that's kinda sad." And now, four months later whilst vacuuming the fabric flooring of the Weyburn Inland Terminal(WIT) I realized what I should have said in return, you see, I didn't respond with anything, I just went about my work when I should have said: "Sad...

O YA!!

Check this freakin' out!] This picture(and a few close ups of it) were on the Penny Arcade site today. somebody is gonna win all that. I would kill for a collection like that! That collection is what I have dreamed of having my whole life!

Another post at gunpoint

My sister is insisting that I make another post so here goes.... Got my transcript the other day. Got good marks in the 90's for Comp Sci and Drafting. History and English are another story. Before the Finals My History mark was 81% and my English was 83%, after the finals they were both at 70%. I knew I didn't do good and the tests but I didn't think I did that bad. A well, for me that still isn't too bad of a mark. Sounds of the Underground is merely 6 days away. I can't freakin' wait! Happy Belated Birthday to Jeremy and Shanna. Jeremy's Birthday is the 15th and shanna's is the 22nd.(At least I hope so) I have absolutely nothing to do tonite...I hope one of the guys phones. JARED GOT THE FREAKIN' ROUGHNECKS DVD SET!!!!! IT'S FUCKING AWESOME!!!!!!!! I added a link to Jon's blog, Down-Lo. War in(Get it??? It's the opposite of Peace Out)

Pissed of at Dungeon Seige

Well, I was playing Dungeon Seige last night and I found out about this pit of dispair. Basically only one person has ever come out of it and he was insane because of the weeks spent in there. So I decided I'd try it and see what was down there. It turned out to be a maze. Only important parts are lit up otherwise everything is dark. I founf this door that told me I needed to vanquish three enemies to open the door....actually all I had to do was pick up three skulls from around the maze. I found two of them but after 1 1/2 hours I went to bed. I came back on today to find It deletes the skulls and you have to get them again. After 2 hours I finally found them all, the third skull being at a dead end I had previously thought that there was nothing at. So I go through the door and am walking along this long dark path when it splits into two......Another maze. I had to find 4 lost artifacts and give them to these statues which would then give me an item to open another door. I found ...

Nothin' much

Haven't been doing much this past while. Shanna came home for the weekend and we went to the Rider game...they won. It was pouring out and we got wet but the crowd was still enormous and it was a good game. Finished recording my part of another song for the next installment of Oligodendroglia...Just needzs lyrics...That's two done and I have some ideas for the next one. Michelle was here cleaning today..and botering me like a sister should. Found a mod for Dungeon Seige that makes me able to by lightsabers and thermal detonators and star wars armour and basically become a kick ass Jedi Master...just like in real life. So, Godzilla(the american version) was on the other day and I was watching it...at the end, after they killed Godzilla a question came to me: What the hell are they gonna do with that corpse? I mean it's radioactive so they can't compost it cause it will poison the land and they can't feed him to people cause those people will die of Cancer or somethin...

That's gonna hurt the ol' wallet!

Well, they fixed my car. They had to put in a whole new alternator and a new plug since the old alternator blew the plug(don't ask me which one, I have no idea, I was about to assume a plug but then realized that my assumption was about a plug on the distributor). It's costing me $483. The car cost $250 and the license was $150. Fucking alternator. Also the sound that it made when it turned is now gone, it was just low on power steering fluid but now I can hear the sound the brakes make more clearly.....Their grinding. It turns out that the car does have a spare tire(and jack) as well as a bottle of power steering fluid and oil mingled in among some socks, jumper cables and engine belts. These are all stuffed in with the spare tire so I had no idea they were there....luckily the power steering fluid was though cause I ain't got any money to buy some. I'm still trying to figure out the socks though. I finished cutting down our apple tree today.....just had to get the stu...

Add-ons

I've added on a clock and a person counter onto the blog.....I'll probably move the clock up to the top, in fact when you read this I might be done already. Still don't have my car back, hopefully tommorrow. Been getting some work every night this week, only 20 bucks a night but that's more than nothing and will help me cover the cost of heading to Sounds of the Underground........which is coming up soon....the 29th! That's all folks!

Car

Well, my car is currently in the shop getting looked at. I hope they are quick about it because I have to borrow the van from mom and dad and they are using(suprise) it. last night they said they would be back by 7 and weren't home till 9. I was supposed to clean the terminal at 5. It really sucked. Wrote some new stuff for the second Oligodedroglia cd, it sounds awesome. And I'm gonna add some drums in. Before I couldn't because when I played the guitar it wasn't at a steady speed but because of a drum machine Jeremy had on one of his blogs I now have a metronome. Anywho, that's all I had to say, I figured I should get an update up. Do you know who else should put an update up? Steve. Ok, It's 15 minutes after I put this post up and I'm updating it. Dad came home with some bad news. They can't even rebuild the alternator, they have to put in a whole new one. So much for the other one being a new one. So that's gonna set me back a few hundred more bu...

Sleepless in the Pit of Eternal Darkness(my basement)

Well, last night was pretty fun. It started out with Steve, Jon and I going out to hangmans hut out in Souris Valley so that I could hang myself. You see, my sister, Michelle, is the leader of a french exchange thingy and she has to take around the five french kids every weekend and give them something to do. I was at her place for supper last night when she mentioned she was going to take them kids out there and the plan was born. Steve and Jon were the only ones that could join me because Jared was working and Mike was busy being a Faggo(that's not a typo, just watch Kids in the Hall more). We went into the hut and tide a noose around my neck, of course we had some stuff attached to my belt loops to hold me up but with a quick glance they didn't notice, plus it was pretty dark and I had a shirt covering it...not perfect but it worked, we scared to of 'em good. I could only stay hanging for so long though before my crotch really started to hurt. It was awesome. After that ...

Stuffization

Well, not much to say but I figure if I leave those pictures up too long people will have an overload of sexy. My car works now, it just stopped being a piece of crap(or rather the battery and alternator did, the car is crap, but I love it!) and is working fine now. Jeremy is coming down for awhile, he's getting close, I can smell it. I've been helping out with the lions food booth at the fair, just two and a half days, not much. I really smelt like greas though, I don't think I would want to do that for a living. Found a present for me in the door today. It was for grad from Steve's family, the Biss's(By the way Steve, say thanx for me). 10 bucks and a stuffed Woodstock(the bird from Snoopy. He commands people, like for example, he commands you to update your blog(mainly Steve). He's awesome. That's about all I have to say, oh, and visit The Pylon.

Big Week

Well, grad was on Tuesday and man was it great. I got all the stuff, pictures are below but the aftergrad was the best part. First there was a hypnotist..I've never seen one before and I was amazed. He stood on Dallen Renz like she was a table...I t was fucked up. The best was when Josh Williams thought the guy pinched his as every time he scratched his nose...good stuff. We then played games in which the tickets you won you entered to get prizes..I did ok on the games of chance at first but then lost everything. I then moved over to blackjack..they didn't take anything away if you lost so you could only win. I played that for an hour. I ended up winning a set of beer glasses and a pitcher...there awesome. I also got a few more presents. My boss gave me 50 bucks, Mom and dad gave me a microwave and since it was cheap one of those things to boost your car(I could've used it last week). Michelle gave me a pocket knife and I soon learnt that just because my other 5 pocket kni...
