Well, I'm home for the day. And maybe the rest of the week but we'll see about that as each day comes along. I went and threw my back out yesterday morning at work and instead of going home when my crew chief asked if I wanted to I said I'd be OK. It quickly became apparent that bad choice. I'm pretty sure I just made matters worse. But I ain't going to do it again. Plus it took way too much effort to get out of bed this morning so I don't think I could have done much at work.

Probably just going to lay on the couch and watch TV or something.
