1. Living in a safe city with nothing to do, friends you don't really like and with family(parents and a sibling) and a job that means a guaranteed future with work that isn't that bad and a great boss who loves the work you do...

2. Living in a city with more crime with friends who keep asking when your heading up, some family(brother, aunts and uncles) who keep asking when your heading up, a job that may not be a good but still pretty much guaranteed and possibly more chances to show off your talents.

The parents and sibling aren't going to be there forever. And then all you'll have is the job.
Don't live for a job. It's just not worth it.
