F***ing Hell

Long day today, I woke up at 9, which turned out to be 10 because I set my clock wrong after the power outage last night, and went and cleaned the carpets of a house. Clint(my boss) had taken apart the vaccuum on the van so I had to figure out how to put it back together which took 20 minutes, it would take me 2 seconds to do it again. Went and cleaned another house after lunch and in another 1 1/2 hours I was at work washing dishes at the Weyburn Inn. Of course my car, being the peice of shit that it is, would not allow me to close the back window....now let me explain why the back window was open:

The front two windows of my car are officially broken, neither of them work, the right one being burnt out and the left one having the gears grinded down. My dashboard fan, which controls the heat, A/C, and defrost is also burnt out. This leaves only the back windows for any type of temperature changing.

Now to explain why the window being open is a bad thing.....It Rained.....A lot.

Work was long, but at least i had something to do the whole time, unlike most days. After work I see Jeremy and his girlfriend and some other chick I don't know drinking in Janx's, I say hi and then leave. I sit down in my wet car only to discover that the back window now closes fine! ARRRRGGGGHH! Also my windows are fogging up because of the lack of defrost and my windshield wipers are useless, they make things worse...This made for a dangerous and slow ride home, I almost hit a few parked cars.

What a shitty day..My feet are killing me....Although I must say after a week of working at the Inn my feet don't hurt as much after the shifts. And I was working with Curtis who likes Tool so I had some good music. And I have the next three days off from the Inn, although I have to go in tommorrow for Staff meeting and Inventory and I have a few more jobs to do for Clint.

10/10

So, Steve, Mike, Jon and I went up to Regina today, Steve needed some clothes, Jon some games and Mike bought an IPod mini, I just went along for the ride. We went to the Galaxy theater and waited 2 hours for a movie came on, it was The 40 Year Old Virgin........Fucking Hilarious. This movie is on my list of the funniest movies I have seen. A must see for everyone. It's one of those movies everyone would find funny, well, maybe not children, they might not get some of the stuff happening. I gave it the above ranking(the title). Anyway, that's about all I had to say......goodbye.

Oh ya, and when we were at Fuiture Shop waiting fo Mike Steve and I put our blogs up onto two of thier computers, we are hoping we might get some more people looking at 'em, probably not but it's worth a try.

Joborz!!!

Well, I got a new job.....Dishwasher at the Weyburn Inn. I was sitting there yesterday(Sunday) when the phone rang(at about two) with my brother, Jeremy, asking me if I wanted a job. I said yes and only time will tell if that was a good thing, I had to work that night at 4 till 10 and again tonite 5-11. Not super long shifts but they seem a lot longer when it's so slow that you and the cook just stare at each other for a while. Ah well, money is money. It's not a hard job, just makes the feet sore.

Anyway, I'm gonna go relax to something, or maybe surf the net more, I don't rightly know.

Bye.

Are you still here?

Leave.

I thought I told you to leave!

GO AWAY!!

That's better.

Jeepers Mcgreeepers

Wow...so, I'm a little drunk right now...6 beers and a double shot of screech(40 proof rum) not super drunk..I can still think decently but I'm having trouble with the balance issue, and I couldn't seem to get ride of the third e in mcgreeepers in the title..I deleted it and then retyped it so I figured it should just stay. Just came from Scotchfest, the rest of the family(the siblings and two cousins, three cousins cancelled in the last two days) went to the bar and since I'm only 2 months away from eighteen it means I still have a few years to hit 19. Man, if I didn't delete and retype all the typing errors that I've made so far you wouldn't be able to read this..even that last sentence had them. Anyway..I was gonna go to Jareds to hang out but I decided not too......goodbye....

Mega Postage

Man I've been posting a lot lately...three in the last three days. I actually don't have too much to say today, I just thought I would tell everyone about Scotchfest. You see, my siblings(Jeremy and Michelle) and a bunch of cousins got together before for a Scotchfest(drunk party) just because they hadn't seen each other in awhile. My grandparents even gavfe them some money. It is happening again only this time it is at Michelle's(my sister) house here in Weyburn and I have been told(and am not arguing against) that I am to go there and get really drunk. It's tommorer night(saturday) and well.....It's gonna be fun.

I'm gonna work on some old Director videos I made in CPT during school to make them look better. Frankly the animation is decent for a guy that didn't know how to work Director very well(so it's shit) and the art is even worse..I'm probably jsut gonna work on the art, I really don't care too much about the animation.

Bottom Ten

I have decided to post what I think are the worst ten jobs that I know of, there might be some that are worse but I didn't think of them. I would like to thank my sister, Shanna. for helping me with this list.

10. Pizza Delivery Guy - My good friend, Jon Bauche, does this. He works most nights of the week and is on call the whole time. He is called and is expected to be at the store to pick up the pizza anywhere from immediatly to 15 minutes. Then he goes and sometimes isn't given the proper information and is late with the pizza. Also he will switch shifts with the other delivery guy and is still expected to deliver pizzas because the other guy doesn't answer his phone. All this also makes it hard to hang out with friends or go do anything organized during you evening.

9. Telemarketer - We all hate those phone calls from people asking us if we want to buy this or that. We all usually yell at them or just hang up. These people have to deal with people being extremely rude and no one ever likes them.

8. Tech Support - Or anyone else that helps people when they are having problems with anything they have bought. Some people are just stupid and will explain problems that can range from simply not knowing ow to turn on your computer to something worth answering, like how to retieve files from a damaged hard drive..although the obvious answer to that would be to take it to a professional. These guys have to deal with the stupidest people we have to offer.

7. Sewage Sucker - A smelly job, no one wants to go near you. You have to see the worst thing the human body can produce, and in extremely large quantities. I guess garbage man can also be fit into this entry.

6. Those Guys That Make Dead People Look Good for Funerals - I can't remember what they are called but this would be a shitty job....why would you want to handle dead people? On the bright side, you wouldn't have to worry about them lipping you off, cause they are dead.

5. Road Kill Collector - Scrape dead animal carcasses off the road that have been run over many times and have blood all over the place...and they probably smell like shit too......not a job I want.

4. Sucking farts out of car seats - Simply nasty. I hear it takes along time to get that taste and smell out of your system. Plus if you throw up you have to suck that out too.

And Finally, here they are, The top three worst jobs according to Andrew Pilon:

3. Fudgepacker - The job itself isn't that bad, it's the name. I mean, when they make fudge someones gotta put it into those little packages so that they can be sold in your local 7-11. Just imagine trying to tell your friends what you do for a living.....I can see it now:

Joe "So Sam, what do you do for a living?"

Sam "Why, I'm a Fudgepacker."

Joe "Um, I'm not that kind off guy."

Sam "No, I pack fudge, into little packages."

Joe "Get away from me you freak!!"

2.Asbestos Remover - Not great, the health hazards are extreme.

And the number one worst job in the world:

1. Janitor at a Gay Bar - Do I even have to explain this one.]

There you have it folks, Andrew bottom ten jobs in the world.

An honourable mention goes to cook in the Weyburn Inn..............Burn!!

Kicked Jeremy's Ass!

UPDATED!!!!

I figured I should update this thing again, to give people something to read while they are sitting in front of thier computers at night being bored.

Updated the main Pylonics area. It still doesn't look great and there isn't much more added, only a profile, and a crappy one at that. I want to get everything up and working before I worry too much about looks, but in some cases I have to work on both to make it easier.

Have been listening to Soundgarden: Badmotorfinger and Gwar: War Party and they are both great, Soundgarden being the better of the two, by far. If any of you are looking for good cd's to listen to, they are both great. Some of the earlier Gwar stuff isn't all that great but this cd is awesome. And I don't think I'll bother with Soundgarden because If you don't know how great they are already, you don't deserve to know.

Had the first people to come and look at our house today. It was at 5:15 so we got to go out for Chinese food, sadly we had to take Jeremy along. Ah well, it was good food.

I've been doing quite a bit of work lately and Clint says he's gonna get some jobs set up for me while he is gone on vacation. So that'll be cool, still waiting for him to pay me for the last 10 jobs......Meh, I'm not in too much of a hurry, all the money is going to the 'rents.

Finally got new brakepads, the old ones were in rough shape, two of them were worn down to the bolts and those left a nice grove in the rotor, one wasn't grinding at all, it was still ok but the other one on that weel had no pad left and wore down the rotor about 2 mm. Ah well, replacement rotors and brakes are cheap, about $20 for either of them.

Well, that's about all folks, not too much happening around here....have fun!

Pylonics

I've finally sat down and started working on my flash site/portfolio thingy. It is called Pylonics...It's pretty much the same type of thing as Jeremy's Pilot's World. It is located here. I know it looks like crap but I've only worked on it for one night and that was mostly trying to remember how to use the little bit of Flash I could do and a lot of new stuff....It will look better and smoother soon...well, that's the plan anyway.

Finished downloading the complete Gwar Discography off Bittorrent last night. So far I've only been able to listen to thier newest cd, War Party, and it is fucking awesome!

That's about all. If something isn't working with the Flash area of Pylonics don't worry about it, I'm working on it.

The End of My Childhood

Well, it has come. We are moving. Were still going to be in the same city, just over on 10th street. The house is only 1000 square feet and doesn't have a basement. A big drop in size but it will do for my parents(and me until I leave). For as long as I can remember, I have lived in this house here on Ash Drive. We moved here when I was almost 3 and it was where I was raised. I think moving is going to be good for me, I can say I'm a little excited for the change but, I can also say I'm a little scared, not the kind of scared that you get when staring down the nose of a T-rex. I've lived in this little bubble I call my world, not venturing outside it very much, my bedroom is my sanctuary, the place where I can get my real thinking done. I graduiated this year and while everyone else is going to University I'm staying at home for a year. It still hasn't sunk it that I have entered a new stage in my life where I'm going to have to start taking care of myself. I know I'll probably be ok though, most people get through it and have a lot of fun. I think moving to this new house will help me realize that hey, I'm not a little kid anymore that has to be watched constantly, I have responsibilities. I started out that step by cleaning out my room, I threw out 3 full black grabage bags of junk and 2 of paper and cardboard to be recycled. A lot of these things I had had for along time and had grown some sentimental value to them, some toys, my old drawing books me and Steve used to have, and a shit-load more. Throwing away that stuff wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be though, I think that's mainly because I hadn't seen the stuff for so long cause it just sat in my closest, but I think part of it is also the realization that I can't hold onto everything forever, I can't be afraid of change because there is no way I'm going to stop it from coming, I just have to do my best to ride it through.

Last Night

So, Mick's parents have been out of town for awhile and they are finally coming home tonday. Mick decided to throw a party last night. He got a little drunk, high and was smoking cigars all night...It was funny. He wasn't that bad though, he still had enough coordination to bitch at everything a drunk guy did. Nike and James Croft were riding Actons bike into walls and stuff and Jason Vinck turned to me and wazs like: "I'm gonna drop-kick James off that thing." Little did I know when a drunk guy says he is gonna do something like that, he does. James was pretty mad but he forgot about quite quickly. Ya, a lot of people getting drop-kicked though, pretty funny shit. Nick was puking and I was like "I remember the last time I saw someone like that" Eh, Jeremy? Oh, and to answer my siblings questions, yes I had some beers but not too many cause I was driving. Everyone was saying how Cold shots taste like sit but I thought it was pretty good.

Anywho, that's all folks!

Lately

I've been working a lot lately, cleaning carpets, floors and a roof. Clint going in to get a fat blob taken off his neck so he'll be out of the game for awhile which leaves me money for doing his work. The parents were home for a night but left again this morning to go camping. God I love having the house to myself....maybe I will move out this year.

I found a 20 dollar cordless guitar hook-up.....So Jeremy bought it....the bastard. Alas, it's my fault, I didn't move quickly enough.

Rented Lord of the Rings: The Third Age for PS. It is a clone of Final Fantasy X. Plus it doesn't follow the movie super well. For example, I helped Gandalf fight the Balrog under Moria and helped Eowyn kill the Nazgul Lord at the battle at Minas Tirith. Then to top it all off I went and had to fight the eye of Sauron on the tower in Mordor. But whatever...other than a few parts that just didn't fit it was a pretty good game...not nearly the size of FFX though. I beat it in 20 hours. In FFX I'm at 100 hours and still have about 30% or more to go. I give it a 7/10. I think it could have been done better but it's still worth a play...hell, I've bought worse games *cough*Silent Hill 3*cough*

I went and made an account on Newgrounds so I can review games and movies......I figure it will give me something to do, If any of you want to know, my Alias is PilonA.

For all those Starcraft fans(and some that aren't) I found a really addictive game based on the Starcraft Universe. It is here

Well, that's about all I have to say tonite.....have fun jerk wads!
